General FAQ

I think I may have placed an order by accident. What should I do?
If you ever place an order inadvertently, immediately notify us via our online form or e-mail so we can void the order. If the item has already shipped when you realize the error, you may return it in its unopened original packaging for a refund.

Can orders be placed by e-mail or postal service?
No. All orders must go through the website. If you have a question or concern about placing a large order, feel free to contact us and we will do everything in our power to make sure your concerns are resolved.

Shipping FAQ

How will I know that my order has been processed correctly?
When you finish the checkout process you will receive an automated e-mail within 24hrs notifying you that your order has been processed and is being shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As long as the item is in stock, it should arrive within 10 days using standard shipping.

What happens if my order is damaged on arrival?
If you ever receive an order that is damaged or broken on arrival you can send it back for either a full refund or an exchange. Return Form

Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Yes. In your automated response you will receive a tracking number link provided by UPS that will allow you to see the approximate location of your order after it leaves our warehouse. If the link provided in the automated e-mail does not work, you may copy your tracking number and plug it directly into UPS' tracking system on their website www.ups.com

Do you ship outside the US?
No, initially we will only be shipping product to customers in the US and Puerto Rico.

My package should have arrived by now, but it hasn't. What should I do?
